Vita C is the scented side of the SEASEE shower range. It comes two ways. The Vita C Vitamin C Shower Head Filter is an external Vitamin C filter cartridge, gel-type and scented. The Vita C head refill is a five-layer head filter with a Vitamin C gel layer, and it fits the Basic and Premium shower kits. Vita C comes in three scents: Seasee (ocean), Lavender and Rose.
So if you already own a Basic or Premium kit, Vita C can be your next head refill. If you are starting out, the Vita C shower head filter is the cartridge itself. This guide covers what each one is, how to choose a scent, and how the head refill fits into a routine you can keep.
What Vita C is
Vita C offers a choice of scent and a head refill for Basic and Premium kits. Like every SEASEE filter, it is made in Korea. We make no claims about what Vitamin C does in shower water. Choose Vita C because you like the idea of a scented shower.
The Vita C shower head filter
The Vita C shower head filter comes in three scents, and its gel-type cartridge is scented with natural essential oils. For what comes in the box, its size and how it goes on, the product page shows the details, and it is the place to check before you order.

The Vita C head refill
The Vita C Shower Head Filter Refill is a five-layer head filter with a Vitamin C gel layer, one filter per pack. It fits the Basic and Premium shower kits. That makes it a choice of head filter for a kit you already have: the same shower in your hand, with a scented head filter in it.
Where Vita C sits in the range
Basic and Premium are handheld showers with a five-layer head filter and a sediment body filter inside, and they share the same refills. Vita C adds scent, either through the Vita C shower head filter or through the Vita C head refill in a Basic or Premium kit. For the full side-by-side, with the build, handles and colours, read Basic, Premium or Vita C.

Choosing a scent
There are three, and you select one on the product page:
- Seasee (ocean).
- Lavender.
- Rose.
There is no right answer here, only the one you would like to meet first thing in the morning. A few practical thoughts help:
- One bathroom at a time. If you have more than one shower, each can take a different scent. Note which scent went where when you write down the date.
- Trying one first. The Vita C head refill comes one filter per pack, so in a Basic or Premium kit you can try a scent for one head change before you settle.
- Switching back. The five-layer head refill fits the same kits, so a later head change can go back to it if you would rather leave scent out for a while.
The head refill and its rhythm
As a guide, change the Vita C head refill about every 2 months. Timing varies with local water conditions and with how often the shower is used, so treat the 2 months as a starting point. Change it sooner if it looks dark when you take it out, or if the water pressure drops noticeably.
The Vita C and five-layer head refills both fit the Basic and Premium kits, so you can switch between them at a head-filter change.
At that pace, one shower uses about 6 Vita C head refills a year. On a Basic or Premium kit, the Vita C head refill takes the place of the five-layer head refill in that count, and the sediment body filter keeps its own rhythm, about every 2 to 4 weeks, from a box of 3. How many refills a year? sets out the arithmetic.
Putting it on the Refill Plan
The Vita C head refill is a single refill, and single refills (not bundles) can go on the Refill Plan, at a delivery rhythm you choose. To change the refills or quantities in a running plan, cancel it in your account and set up a new one, or ask us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Changing it and keeping track
When the Vita C head refill goes into a Basic or Premium kit, it sits where the head filter sits in that kit.
A useful habit is to write down the day you change the refill. My refills in your account lists when each filter is due, and a reminder email is optional. If a refill is on the Refill Plan, its deliveries replace those reminder emails. Signs your shower filter is due explains both.
The Vita C routine in one line
Choose a scent, change the head refill about every 2 months, sooner if it looks dark or the pressure drops, and let a reminder or the Refill Plan keep the rhythm for you.
