What you agree to

Renews until you cancel
Your Refill Plan repeats at the rhythm you choose until you cancel it.
When you are charged
You pay for the first delivery at checkout. Each later delivery is charged on its order date, and we email you 3 days before.
Price per delivery
Every refill on the plan costs 10% less than buying it once. The price per delivery is shown before you check out and includes GST. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
Skip, pause or cancel
Sign in and open Subscriptions in your account to skip a delivery, pause, or cancel. No minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. Changes apply to orders that have not been charged yet.
Single refills only
The plan applies to single refill products. Bundles are not eligible and can be bought once.

Can I skip or pause?

Yes. Sign in, open Subscriptions in your account, and skip the next delivery, pause the plan, or cancel it. No minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. We email you 3 days before each order, so there is time to decide.

When am I charged?

You pay for the first delivery at checkout. After that, each delivery is charged on its order date at the rhythm you chose, and we email you 3 days before. The plan renews until you cancel.

Can I change what I receive?

Changing the refills or quantities in a running plan is not available yet. Cancel the current plan in your account and set up a new one here, or contact us on WhatsApp and we will help.

Are bundles eligible?

No. The Refill Plan applies to single refill products only. Bundles can be bought once.

Which refill fits my shower?

Select your shower filter in the builder above and it lists the refills linked to it; the table on this page shows every device. Compatibility is based on product families, so if you are unsure, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will check.
