Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SEASEE. This Shipping Policy explains how and when
your orders are processed and delivered. By placing an order on https://seasee.sg,
you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Singapore only. We do not offer international
shipping at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or
public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate
notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. During periods of
high order volume, processing may take slightly longer; in such cases we will
notify you by email.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to
courier handling, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total
weight of your order. The final shipping cost is displayed before payment is
confirmed.

Our weight-based rates are as follows:

| 1.01 – 3 kg     | SGD 3.70         |
| 3.01 – 9 kg     | SGD 4.70         |
| Above 9 kg        | SGD 9.20         |

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a
tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48
hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives
damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at
official.seasee@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and,
where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our
Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. SEASEE
is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the
customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
