How often do I change the filters?
For the shower, change the body filter about every 2 to 4 weeks and the head filter about every 2 months. Basin filters last about 1 to 2 months and jet bidet filters about 1 to 3 months. Timing varies with local water conditions.
What is in the shower kit?
A shower filter kit includes one five-layer head filter and one sediment body filter. Refills are sold separately: sediment body filters come 3 to a box, and head filters come one at a time.
Will the basin filter fit my tap?
The basin filter fits taps with internal threading only. It comes with a standard connector already fitted, plus other connector types and rubber rings. If you are not sure, send us a photo of your tap on WhatsApp.
Where are SEASEE filters made?
SEASEE filters are made in South Korea.
How does the Refill Plan work?
Choose the Refill Plan on a single refill and pick how often it is delivered. We email you a reminder 3 days before each order, and you can skip, pause or cancel from your account. The plan renews until you cancel it.
