A filter only does its job while it is fresh, and the hardest part is remembering to change it. The Refill Plan takes the remembering off your list: you choose how often your refills arrive, we email you before each order, and you stay in charge of every delivery from your account.
Here is how it works, and exactly what you agree to when you start one.
What can go on a plan
The Refill Plan applies to single refill products:
- Sediment Shower Filter Refill (1 box, 3 filters)
- 5-Layer Shower Head Filter Refill (1 filter)
- Vita C Shower Head Filter Refill (1 filter)
- Basin Tap Filter Refill (1 box, 3 filters)
- Jet Bidet Water Filter Refill (5 filters)
- Travel Shower Filter Refill (3-pack)
Bundles are not eligible. They can be bought once, as usual. If you choose a larger supply on a refill page, that quantity comes with each delivery.
Two ways to start
On a refill page. Under purchase options, choose Refill Plan instead of one-time purchase, then pick how often it is delivered.
In the Refill Centre. On the Refill Plan page, tell us which SEASEE devices you have at home and how many of each. The builder lists the refills linked to them, suggests a rhythm, and adds each refill to your cart as its own plan line.
Choosing a rhythm
Refills on the plan can arrive every 6, 8, 12 or 16 weeks. We suggest one from how long each refill lasts and how much is in your supply, and you can choose another.
As a guide to how long refills last:

Timing varies with local water conditions and how often each filter is used, so match the rhythm to your own home. If refills start piling up, skip a delivery; if you run short, buy one once.
What you pay
- Every refill on the plan costs 10% less than buying it once.
- The price per delivery is shown next to the option before you check out, and it includes GST.
- Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
- You pay for the first delivery at checkout. Each later delivery is charged on its order date.
The reminder email
We email you 3 days before each order. It is there so you have time to decide: let the order go ahead, skip it, or pause the plan. Orders go ahead automatically unless you skip or pause, so the email is your moment to change course.
Skip, pause and cancel
Everything is under Subscriptions in your account. Sign in, open Subscriptions, and choose the plan.
Skip
Skip an upcoming order and you will not be charged for it. Changed your mind? Unskip it, and we will email you 3 days before it as usual.
Pause and resume
Pause the plan for a break, a trip or a cupboard full of spares. While it is paused there are no orders and no charges. Resume any time.
Cancel
Cancelling stops billing and deliveries straight away and cannot be undone. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. If you only need a break, pausing is usually the better choice.
Changes apply to orders that have not been charged yet. Your card and delivery address are managed in your Shopify account.
Changing what you receive
Changing the refills or quantities in a running plan is not available yet. To change them, cancel the current plan in your account and set up a new one, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
The terms in plain words
Before you start a plan, here is what you agree to:
- Renews until you cancel. Your Refill Plan repeats automatically at the rhythm you choose until you cancel it.
- When you are charged. The first delivery at checkout, each later delivery on its order date.
- Price per delivery. 10% less than buying each refill once, shown before checkout, GST included.
- Reminder. An email 3 days before each order.
- Skip, pause or cancel. From Subscriptions in your account. No minimum, no cancellation fee.
- Single refills only. Bundles are not eligible.
Is it right for you?
The plan suits people who would rather not keep count. If you change filters at an uneven pace, or you are still learning how long they last in your home, buying once for a few months and noting the dates in My refills is a fine way to start. You can move to a plan whenever the rhythm feels clear.
